I believe we are energy in a physical body and that Spirit energy is connected to our thoughts and our heart space. This Spirit energy is also referred to as Consciousness. I believe that we are Consciousness having a human experience, meaning that as we become more aware of the energy in our physical body, we begin to find a direct communication channel to our loved ones on the other side. As we become more aware of a feeling of unconditional love that surrounds us and that is within us, Spirit begins to speak through telepathy.
